As we are growing, we need help with driving our recruitment processes.
We have a strong framework for recruitment, and we focus equally on professional and cultural fit when adding new members to our teams. We are looking for the person who can support management in finding and developing the next great colleagues for our team.
In close cooperation with area managers you will be responsible for:
Driving all recruitment processes
Driving some people development processes
Implementing tools for recruiting and people development
Support and assist our CEO with ad hoc projects
The job is part time, around 20 hours per week.
You are probably a student graduating within 1-2 years.
You have a true interest in people and culture management. You are a fast executer who can help area managers recruit successfully and in line with our values and business purpose. You are well organized, a strong communicator, eager to learn, and in top of your class.
Full professional proficiency in one of the Nordic languages is required.
You will be reporting to the global CEO. Start date as soon as possible.
GoMore has around 100 employees in total, out of which 50 belong to HQ and the Nordics. We have 700,000 members in Denmark and in total more than two million members. We like to work, and we like each other. Our office is in Kompagnistræde in inner Copenhagen.
